More than 2D MLS photos...

I put a LOT of time into my Virtual Open House videos because I’ve seen how helpful they can be — especially for buyers shopping from outside Nova Scotia.
Photos are important, but they can only tell you so much. A detailed walk-through gives you a much better understanding of how a home actually flows, how the rooms connect, what the property and surroundings are like, and the overall feel of the space.
I try to show the details honestly rather than only focusing on the prettiest angles. I want buyers to have a realistic understanding of the property they’re considering, particularly when they may be hundreds or thousands of kilometres away.
That extra transparency is helpful for sellers too. A buyer can get a much better sense of whether the home is right for them before arranging a showing or travelling a long distance to see it. It can save everyone time and help the buyers who do become interested feel more connected to — and informed about — the property.
