Buying a home is a big decision, and I don’t think you should ever feel pressured into making one.
I’m a straightforward communicator. I’ll answer your questions honestly, point things out when I think they’re worth knowing, and if I don’t know the answer to something, I’ll find out rather than pretend that I do.
For my out-of-province buyers, virtual showings are a big part of how I work. I’ll walk you through the home by video and give you as much detail as I can ~not just what you can see on camera, but what the space actually feels like in person.
I’ll tell you if a room feels small, what I notice about the condition of the home, and even what I smell and can feel. I have a good nose, so if I notice dampness, mustiness, smoke, pets or anything else that you wouldn’t be able to pick up through a screen, I’ll tell you.
I’m quick to respond and big on communication, and we can move at whatever pace feels right for you.

When I’m selling a home, I want buyers to be able to understand the property before they ever step through the door.
Having shopped for homes from across the country myself, I know how difficult it can be to get a true sense of a property from 2D photos alone. That experience is a big part of why I created my signature Sold by Celina Virtual Open House videos.
These are detailed walk-through tours that show buyers much more than just the highlights. I take them through the home and property, show them the surrounding area, and help them understand where it is on the map and what the location is actually like. For someone shopping online — especially from another province or country, this detail is everything.
I also take the time to understand what makes your property different. Sometimes it’s the view, the privacy, the land, the neighbourhood or simply something about the home that doesn’t come across in photos. Those are the details I want buyers to see and understand.
My videos have become an important part of how I market my listings and have contributed to many of my sales, particularly by helping properties get noticed and better understood by buyers shopping from away.
I’m also very hands-on with my listings. I answer my calls, respond quickly, keep you informed about activity and feedback, and communicate openly with you throughout the process. If something isn’t working, we talk about it. If I think we need to adjust our approach, I’ll tell you what I’m seeing and why.
